How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 7-14 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the unique nature of custom apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in the customization process.
What materials do you use for your clothing?

How should I care for my custom printed garments?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry.

Can I change my design after placing an order?
We allow a 24-hour window for any design modifications. After this period, the production process begins and changes can no longer be made.
